As a Prosthodontist, Dr. Rosenberg is concerned with the restoration of form, function,and aesthetics of parts, in and around the oral cavity.
After finishing dental school with a Magna Cum Laude from the University of Maryland School Of Dentistry, Dr. Rosenberg attended the Veteran’s Administration Hospital in a General Practice Residency Program. He was invited into the practice of one of the instructors from the VA, a Prosthodontist, and did a year of associateship practice in his office.
Dr. Rosenberg then entered the Veteran’s Administration Hospital, Wadsworth, for an additional two years of intensive training in the specialty of Prosthodontics. This course of study was completed in June of 1982. He has been in practice in Westwood and West L.A. since that time.
Dr. Rosenberg is a diplomat of the American Board of Orofacial Pain. He was among the first to earn this diplomat status in October of 1994. He has expertise in Craniomandibular Disorders, head, neck, facial pain, (TMJ), restorative dentistry,implants, and cosmetic procedures. Dr. Rosenberg is a life member “In Good Standing” of the California Dental Society and adheres to its internal standards for members of the association. Dr. Rosenberg also holds a law degree from Brooklyn Law School.
The doctor also has held teaching appointments at the University of Southern California in graduate periodontics, Loma Linda University in implant prosthodontics, and the VA Hospital in graduate prosthodontics. In addition, Dr. Rosenberg has been a faculty member at UCLA, and continues teaching in the Oral Facial Pain/TMJ clinic.
