Welcome To Our Office
“Our Practice Philosophy”
It is our goal to deliver to our patient’s optimum dental care and pain relief in a non-stressful environment. We strive to treat each patient as an individual, as a valued friend, and in the manner in which we would like to be treated ourselves. We pride ourselves in offering the highest quality of dental care possible.
“Type of Practice”
As a Prosthodontist, Dr. Rosenberg is concerned with the restoration of form, function, and aesthetics of parts, in and around the oral cavity, (mouth).
After finishing dental school with a Magna Cum Laude from the University of Maryland, (7th in a class of 120), Dr. Rosenberg attended the Veteran’s Administration Hospital in a General Practice Residency Program. He was invited into the practice of one of the instructors from the VA, a Prosthodontist, and did a year of associateship training in his office.
Dr. Rosenberg then entered the Veteran’s Administration Hospital, Wadsworth, for an additional two years of intensive training in the specialty of Prosthodontics. This course of study was completed in June of 1982. He has been in practice in Westwood and West L.A. since that time.
Dr. Rosenberg is a diplomat of the American Board of Orofacial Pain. He was among the first to earn this diplomat status in October of 1994. He has expertise in Craniomandibular Disorders, head, neck, facial pain, (TMJ), restorative dentistry, implants, and cosmetic procedures. Dr. Rosenberg is a member “In Good Standing” of the California Dental Society and adheres to its internal standards for members of the association. Dr. Rosenberg also holds a law degree from Brooklyn Law School.
It is estimated that our office can handle 95% of all dental work. As a result, we like our patient’s to use our office as the first entry for all dental problems. If our office cannot handle the problem, Dr. Rosenberg will make an appropriate referral to specialists in the area.
Prosthodontists are noted for specialty crown and bridgework, full-mouth reconstruction, dentures (full and partial), and implant prosthesises. Our practice also offers such cosmetic procedures as teeth whitening and porcelain veneers. We make anti-snoring appliances to help those who are in need of a peaceful nights rest, and appliances to help those who brux and grind their teeth, as well as those with TMJ disorders.
Dr. Rosenberg is always on call, or makes prior arrangements with a colleague in case of emergencies. You can always reach us by dialing our regular office number, (310) 444-9600 and following the recorded instructions if we are not in. Dr. Rosenberg’s home number in printed on his card for your convenience. Few patients call him at home, but it has been gratifying to many patients to know that he is available if the need occurs.
Our office is open 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Thursday for your convenience. We have a highly qualified Dental Hygienist, Beverly Ariyasu, who works on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays and a full-time, in house, lab technician.
Office visits are by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, please call
(310) 444-9600. If for some reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call two business days, or 48 hours in advance, so that our other patient’s may be accommodated. We understand that emergencies do come up unexpectedly, but we would appreciate as much cancellation notice as possible. If a situation arises in which you are in need of immediate dental care, our office will make every effort to assist you as promptly as possible.
“Payment for Services”
For your convenience, we offer a variety of payment options. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover Card. On your first visit to our office, we will ask you if you are covered by dental insurance. If so, we will gladly bill your insurance carrier as a courtesy to you. Please remember that dental insurance does not fully cover most procedures, so payment for services is expected at the time the service is provided, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Office Manager.
We also offer payment options through Dencharge, a dental payment program which offers a “12 month same as cash” payment option. Information on Dencharge can be obtained in our office.
We look forward to serving you in the future. Thank you for your continued support.
